I'm sorry to hear that your students' exam grades seem to have disappeared. Without more information it's hard to guess what could cause this. Did you delete the quiz? Did you adjust the quiz availability from "Everyone" to only a specific section, group, or student(s)? You may need to reach out to Canvas Support or your local Canvas admin for support.
