Can't view the submitted and graded outputs in SpeedGrader

Hi,

I was checking some outputs and left for a while. When I returned to resume my checking in a new assignment tab, it only shows Test Student. All the submitted outputs won't show, but before clicking Speedgrader, it says there are submitted and graded outputs already.

I hope someone could help me what to do with this.

Could you please explain what you mean by "outputs"?  This is terminology I am not familiar with, and it's nothing I've heard of related to Canvas.  Could you share a screenshot or two of what you are seeing on your end?  If so, please be careful not to show any student names/grades so as to protect their privacy.  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon!
