Cannot log in on phone

I can log into Canvas on my computer and access my classes, but cannot log in on my phone app. (I can log in on the website on my phone). From the app, it says "webpage unavailable" when I type and press on the school's name. If I press "forgot my password" it says "sent," but I do not receive an email. This began after my last class ended over winter break. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache data, tried everything I know. Please help.

It sounds like you've tried a lot of different things, but I wonder if the QR Code sign-in will make a difference for you. Double-check that the operating system is up-to-date, and then try again using this method:

How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as a student?
