I'm trying to use the Canvas speedgrader, but when I open it up the comments section is taking up the whole page as shown in the screenshot below. It seems like the pdf is behind the grading screen. Before it used to be split up where half the page would be the pdf submission and the other half would be the section in the screenshot. This just started happening today. I've tried clearing browser caches and trying a different browser but the issue persists. I don't remember changing any settings from before and there are no filters applied to the gradebook. I also can't drag and resize the page below, and when I try and click on the pdf behind the screen it does not come to the front. Anyone know how to resolve this?

To report an issue to Canvas Support, you will want to be on the screen in Canvas where you are experiencing the issue. Then, on the far left-hand side of your screen, click on the "Help" icon, and select "Report a Problem". This should bring up a small interface where you can submit a ticket.
Depending on the level of support that your school has for Canvas, it may get directed to your school's Canvas admin team, or it may get directed to Canvas Support technicians...as those are the to main levels of support I am aware of (again, depending on what your school has purchased with their Canvas environment).
How do I get help with Canvas?
I hope this will be of some help to you.
Same issue from one of our instructors. She's using Safari on her Mac laptop. She only has the comments panel and can't see the submissions no matter what assignment she opens. The grey divider that you click/drag to expand or resize the panels is gone. It works fine on her desktop.
We haven't been able to duplicate the issue yet, but I'm not sure what to advise. We confirmed that she's not zoomed in, we resized the window, refreshed the page, refreshed the cache.
I tried both google chrome and safari on my mac. It might be an issue with macs, is there any way I can report it to canvas?
