Hi @CarlLindblade ...

Every school that uses a paid Canvas environment has different support options that may be available.  Some schools pay for Canvas Support...while some schools have in-house Canvas support.  When you sign in to Canvas, some of your help options might be displayed on your "Help" icon:

• How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
• How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?
• How do I contact Canvas Support?

You're going to need to reach out to folks at the Community College system of New Hampshire.  I found this page on their website for you:
