I received this message from a teacher in my district. This is not the first time I have heard about this issue. As an admin, I see it when moving from masquerade mode to the admin screen.
Canvas seems to frequently drop my login. For example, when I'm working on a page or through Speedgrader, a page won't respond. When I refresh the page, Canvas asks me to log in again. Plus, it's the RSD Canvas page (blue and white?) that I didn't used to see until a few weeks ago. This is a problem because all of the edits or comments/evaluation I've made will be lost, and I frequently have more than one Canvas tab open. Restarting the computer has not solved this, and it's a problem at school and at home. I'm not sure if this is a timeout.
