[ARCHIVED] Cengage App Verification Problem

I’ve installed the Cengage app to my district’s Canvas instance. When I try to verify the app per the instructions from the manual, the app isn’t appearing in the hidden section of the navigation tools so I can drag it to the visible navigation menu in a course. I had a teacher who is a registered Cengage user look at her account and it’s not a choice there for her either. I found a similar problem posted in the community and it looks like either I, as a Canvas admin, would need to register with Cengage as a teacher or a registered Cengage teacher would need to be given Canvas admin rights. Has anyone else experienced this?
