What happened to the option in the conference to allow another person to take over presenting?

Hi,

I am the product manager for BigBlueButton. While I work at Blindside Networks, the company that provides hosting for Canvas Conferences to Instructure, and can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can respond to your question.

The '+' button is only visible to moderators. This allows any moderator to take presenter control.  All moderators have a square avatar in the Users list (viewers have a circular avatar).

How are you joining the course -- has anything changed?  Do you have a square avatar and see '+' button below the presentation area?
