[ARCHIVED] 'Conference' tab not showing in student view

Some of my courses do not show conferences on the student view tabs.  I put it above the navigation line in settings.  What am I missing?

That is a strange issue. I've seen other people here in Q&A say that it only showed up when they also enabled the People link in course navigation. Can you confirm that the People link is also visible to students in your courses?

The two courses I had where the Conferences tab shows up do not have the

People link above the navigation line. It turns out that unless you have

an archived conference the tab does not open. Thanks for the reply though.
