How I can eliminate a course from Canvas?

You may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone in your school's Online Learning / eLearning department to get help with this question.  Each school that utilizes Canvas as their LMS will most likely have their own policy on if Canvas courses can be completely removed from your account or not.  As a work-around for now, you can un-favorite courses (removing the star icon) by following the steps in one of these Guides:
