Course formats

Hi,

What is the equivalent in Canvas lms for setting up course format? For example in Moodle LMS, there are options like weeks, topics, single activity, etc. Please advise. Thanks

Hello  @rishi_kapoor ...

Canvas uses modules.  You can learn more about modules by checking out this video tutorial: .  Then, there are a variety of written Guides about modules if you'd like to dive a bit deeper.  But, as you are naming your modules, you don't have to necessarily use the module name.  For example, at our Technical College, we call our modules "Learning Plans".  Other schools might call their modules "Units" or "Chapters".  But, those all fall within the modules umbrella.  Does this information help to answer your question?

Also, I know this wasn't a part of your original question, but I noticed that your profile name here in the Community is only your initials.
