Creating a random quiz in new quiz with same questions for all students?

Advances apologies if this is a common knowledge question, however I cannot find the answer to this anywhere.

I am trying to see if there is a way to create an quiz using new quizzes that randomizes that questions from different item banks to create an exam that is the same for each student if that makes sense.

Instead of going to each chapters item bank individually and selecting questions, I wanted to see if I could just tell it to select X number of questions from item bank 1, X number of questions from item bank 2, etc. to create an entire exam. I want each student to have the same questions as their peers so I don't want a true randomized test, but rather let the system pick random questions to create a test that all students take.

Unfortunately, looking at the Canvas guides I do not believe there is an option for what you describe. The only option is for each student to have a different set of questions randomly described in this article.

I recommend submitting this idea to Instructure.
