[ARCHIVED] Default Grades: Remembered for each class?

I have template courses that I copy over every semester to each instance of the course.

Within this course there are a few items that have non-zero default grades.

If I set a default grade, will that grade apply when students begin adding the course, or can you only set a default grade after all students are added?

Hi @fcurry1 

As far as I know, you can only set a default grade when there are students to which the grade can be applied. This is not something that transfers over in a course copy.
