If I removed (deleted) something from a module,is there a way of getting it back?

Hi  @wendy_babbitt  Thank You for your question.

This all depends on what you deleted and how long ago.

Did you delete something just from the module eg. a page, assignment, discussion, quiz. If you only deleted it from the module it will still be in the list of whatever it was eg. page, assignment, discussion, quiz. You will just be able to put it back into the module.

If you deleted something from a page you can restore its history How do I view the history of a page in a course?   

Then you could try undelete.

How can I undelete an assignment ?  I accidentally deleted an assignment and all papers and grades and comments are now invisible.  PLEASE HELP.

Have you tried the "undelete" trick?  Undeleting things in Canvas

If Undelete doesn't work (that would be the easiest and best option), you could try the accessing your institutions Beta site.  I've had to do so before to get content.  It might not be possible to export/import the student submissions, but you should be able to see the grades, depending on when you posted the grades and such.
