How do I allow students access to Assignments and Files when it says that they are disabled and not accessible to students? Help.

Hi @linda_jidrle-na
There 2 things this could be referring to.
First are the files and assignments published? To know that they'll have a green tick in a circle next to them. Otherwise its a black outlined stop sign that you can click on to publish it.
The second - do you mean that files and assignments on the left bar have an eye with a line through it? If so then students will only be able to reach things that have been linked to.
To make those links you can either go to the Modules view, click the plus at the top of the module you want it in, then choose the assignment or file you want to show. Or you can go to an existing page and add the links to it using the Course links tool.
These links should help:
How do I create hyperlinks to course content in the New Rich Content Editor as an instructor?
How do I use Files as an instructor?
How do I publish or unpublish an assignment as an instructor?

Hope this helps!
