There are several ways to approach this challenge and probably the biggest factor in which one to choose has to do with how much separation you need for there to be between the teachers and the students doing their work in the subtopics.  

1. If all the students will do all the subtopics and the only difference from one to the next is who will be teaching that subtopic, you could simply assign all four people the role of teacher and have them collaborate around communicating with students, grading assignments, etc.  This would be good in a team teaching scenario
2. If only some of the students will complete each subtopic you might want to create teams and then assign the subtopics to the teams.  This is a good option if you want all the students and teachers to see each other but maybe be doing different activities and assignments.
3. If you want the students and teachers more or less fire-walled off from each other, you might elect to use sections and have some sections only see some of the subtopics.
