Hi, @carrasqueln . I would double-check that the students are not exceeding their personal storage quota when trying to create these videos. If the discussion is not a graded discussion then file uploads will count against their personal user storage quota. If this is the case you can speak to your Canvas admin about the settings for personal user storage quota, you could change the discussion to be graded (submissions to a graded item do not count against personal storage), or you could figure out a place the students can create and store their videos outside of Canvas and instruct them to link to their video in the discussion.
