Can the instructor save all the contents in the Discussions forum of a previous course?

Good evening, @mus11 ...

I don't really know of a way to download and/or export discussion postings from a Canvas course.  But, as long as you remain listed as the instructor for the past course, you should be able to go back to it at any time to look at those topics an student responses.
