Do Canvas Accessiblity features include a writing by speaking option?

I searched the guides and it looks like currently this option is unavailable. I have a physical disability. I use Canvas both as an instructor and a student. At the moment, I am using it as a student in a creative writing class so this feature would be quite helpful. I can think of ways it would be useful to have as instructor too. If this feature does not exist please consider adding it in the near feature. Thank you !
