Docviewer Toolbar not showing up in ONE section only!

I'm grading two identical sections of the same class.

The first section (same assignment) was a breeze, as the docviewer toolbar automatically showed up, as  usual. All done. Annotated, rubric'd, commented, super duper.

I open the second section's assignment (same one, mind you) and there is no toolbar. Not for PDFs, not for Word Docs, nothing. I've been checking back and forth, and comparing all my settings and it's making me nuts! They are identical.

Tried logging out and back in. Tried a different browser. Nothing.

Of course it's evening, so no one is at my college to try to help me solve this. Anyone? Bueller?
