We are seeing this message come up when trying to download Zoom recordings from the LTI. Sometimes the download does begin after several tries. This is occurring in several course sites.

I believe you are correct. It seems that this all cleared up once Zoom was able to handle the initial crush of users when the academic year started.

I'm not 100% sure that Canvas Community members would be able to help diagnose this issue because Zoom would be considered a third-party integration with Canvas. Have you tried reaching out directly to the folks at Zoom to see what they recommend?
