Editing an answer choice in a Quiz that some students have already taken.

I am attempting to edit an answer choice that has a typo in a quiz that some students have already taken. Whenever I click the edit icon next to the answer choice I am taken to the top of the screen with the warning that some students have already taken the quiz. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

You should be able to edit those quiz question answers. I would suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if the issue persists. If you are seeing this after, I would recommend a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. If all else fails, I would have you contact Canvas Support
