Email attached to a different user

I have a previous employee at my school (over 3 years ago) that is getting notifications from current Canvas courses.  She is not a user in canvas (from what I can tell).  When I type in her name under "people" I get nothing.  When I search for her e-mail address, I get a different teacher that is currently here.  When I check his credentials: email, username, classes etc. I cannot find her e-mail address anywhere.

Hi  @edenos ,

Have you tried masquerading as the current employee to see if they have additional emails listed in their user profile? I found it's sometimes it's hard to see all of a user's emails without masquerading. If it's still not coming up, though, I'd recommend reaching out to Canvas Support for further assistance.
