Hi There,
When clicking on "Canvas Online classes and grade book", it takes me to Dashboard view but it just shows empty screen without any contents. On left-hand side menu, "Account" and "Course" menus don't show up as well (as attached). Can you please help me understand why empty screen shows on Dashboard and the two menus "Account" and "Course" disappeared?
Please note that I was able to see all contents on Dashboard and the two menus (Account and Course) showed up before. The current problem I am experiencing started after dropping my courses 6 months ago and the same problem still happens even after I registered new course, which will start in Jan, 2023.

There are a few troubleshooting tips I can offer in situations like this...
Once you get things resolved...if you are still not seeing your courses listed on your "Courses" >> "All Courses" screen, then you'll want to reach out to folks at Sierra College to ensure that your courses are in Canvas.
