Empty screen

I was told by my teacher to do an academic integrity test on proctortrack that is to be done by tomorrow and I tried to follow the instructions she had given. When I went to the proctortrack-ca section to do the integrity test, all I saw was a blank white screen with only the general format of the website being visible. Please help

Proctortrack sounds like a third-party software which may integrate with Canvas.  Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to provide support for Proctortrack here.  We can, however, provide some support if you have questions about the Canvas interface.  I suggest reaching out to the support folks at Proctortrack to see if they can help with your question.  I navigated to their website, and I found the following student support page for you:

I tried to sign into the proctortrack site on my laptop but it gave me an error 403. Although it works on my phone, I have to use proctortrack and it's tests on my laptop.
