I (the instructor) keep getting Error 503 when I am syncing my grades to Skyward and it comes up as failed.
These assignments synced fine last week. What is the problem?

After a quick internet search, 503 is an error message for server issues. So it sounds like skyward's sever has an issue. I would contact them to see if that is the case. Or if you wait, the issue would be resolved shortly (my assumption) if it is indeed a server issue.

I guess I can wait, but it has been happening off and on since February 22nd. That is almost a week.

I would contact skyward customer support and verify that they are having issues. or contact your canvas admins to have them contact skyward. If you are paying for the service, then they should respond accordingly.

Tried a google search on something and found the following which may help you out.

currently they report no problems with skyward. Your best bet is through their customer support or your canvas support personnel.

Skyward was having some issues, but they said everything on their end is fine now. Skyward is no longer having any problems.
But Canvas is still not syncing to Skyward, students or grades.
