Error on Canvas

For my AMST-3000 class, I'm having trouble pulling up PDF files from his molecule for my reading journals. I've tried switching browsers and even tried it on the computers in the library, it keeps saying "Access denied". Two weeks ago I was able to access the files with no problem now its giving me this issue, just seeing how I can get this resolved as soon as possible, Thank you.

Off the top of my head, I'd guess that your instructor has limited access to the needed files. I'd recommend reaching out to your instructor directly to let them know what you're experiencing. If everything's set up correctly on their end, then you'll want to reach out to Canvas Support for help.
