Jeg har en student som har glemt passord sitt for innlogg i Canvas. Han har fått «Glemt passord» og fått en e-post med link for å tilbakestille passordet. Når han trykker på den ble han sendt tilbake til innloggingssiden, hvor han på nytt må trykke "Glemt passord", får en ny e-post og sendes tilbake - uten muligheter til å tilbakestille passordet, det går bare i en "loop".

Have you been able to confirm that the email address they are entering is correct? You may want to consider reaching out to support so that we can look into the specific user's account. Hopefully, that will solve your issue, but let us know if you need anything else.
