Final Grade shows as F for every student

My grade book shows an F for every student as the final grade. What could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are you looking at an export of the gradebook? The gradebook within Canvas doesn't say "Final Grade" (it just says Total). However, the gradebook export has current grade, unposted current grade, final grade, and unposted final grade.
The current grade is what they have right now based on the assignments that they have grades for. The final grade would be what the student would end up with if they didn't do any additional work for the semester and got 0's for all assignments that they still need to complete.
