I'm a part-time lecturer at SATS. I have an issue in the Gradebook where the title of the column is 'Practicum Forms Dropbox'. Students have to post forms into this space. They don't get marks, they are allocated 'Complete, Incomplete, or Ungraded'. Previously when I allocated 'Complete', a tick appeared in the Gradebook. At the moment, the tick appears momentarily, but then disappears. I've tried to log in and redo it, but the result is the same. I can't get the tick to remain there, as it disappears the moment I move on to the next student.
Please help.

Hello @SelmaRudd - I just checked a course I am teaching that uses a few assignments with the Complete/ Incomplete grade display and they are working just fine. It sounds like you are selecting the grade entry from the grades view. Let's instead go to the SpeedGrader view to set the grades via that drop down selector. Is that working for you? If not, check your web browser to ensure it is updated. And/or are any browser extensions installed that are interfering with that drop down selector?
Alternatively, if that doesn't resolve it may I suggest touching base with Canvas Support?
