[ARCHIVED] Gradebook Hotkeys

I was wondering if there was anyway (or plan to implement) more hotkey options for the Canvas Grade book. For example if I am excusing a student from an assignment I can click the score section of the assignment and type "EX" and it changes it to excused. However, If the student hasn't turned in the assignment, and Canvas hasn't automatically marked it missing due to it being an external tool, I can't type in "M" or "MI" to have it change the assignment to missing. The same thing goes for late assignments as "L" or "LA" doesn't work to change an assignment to late.

It would really make the grading process more efficient, especially when inputting grades for multiple classes to have the hotkey available.

If you would like to see additional hotkeys added to the SpeedGrader, I would suggest that you submit that as a Feature Idea here in the Community so that it can be evaluated.  You can start a new idea by clicking on the PRODUCT menu from any screen here in the Community and then selecting IDEA CONVERSATIONS.  Then, click on the "Suggest an idea" button.  Here are a few Guides that might also be of help:
