Where can I find the Gradebook  in the Parent Observer to see my child marks?

Hi @ZeldaPretorius -

As an Observer, you can visit the Grades page from a browser. The Grades page has information from a single class about assignment due dates, submission statuses, grades, and feedback.

How do I view the Grades page for a student as an observer? 

In the Canvas Parent app, this is currently not an option. However, you can view the grades at-a-glance when you first open the app and you can also view content one week at a time.
