Grading and opening "file upload" test items on Canvas Quiz

Hi! I created a Quiz with some questions requiring "file upload". The rest are multiple choice items. How do I grade the file upload test items without downloading the files? I was expecting that once I click the link to the file attached by the student for his answer, the file should open right there and then but instead, the computer downloads the file first.  

In Assignments, when a task requires a file upload, the file opens there directly when I check the submission. I was wondering why the file upload in quizzes does not work that way. Or am I missing something in the process?
