[ARCHIVED] Help figuring out Attendance settings

I have an instance of canvas running elsewhere, and it seems I don't have access to the Attendance tool to make available for courses. Is the tool installed by default with the self install files? or is that something I need to install separately?

Just reach out to your CSM and ask for it to be turned on.  It's free, but originally built for a HE school way back in the day and not part of Canvas as a whole.  Now, I don't know why they don't just add it in as a feature, given the amount of schools that are using it!

I tried to reach out to the Customer Service phone number, and I have yet to be contacted by anyone, via either phone or email. Is there a phone number that I can try to call to find out the info I need.
