Hello, good afternoon, I am a student of latam, I had a problem when I made an online evaluation, the moment I uploaded the files it had been uploaded perfectly and then when I received my grade I was surprised that an error came up when loading the file , there may be some solution to this.

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for quite a while with no response.  There are a couple things I can think of for you to try:

• Did you try uploading the file using another web browser such as an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
• Did you contact your instructor about this?
• Did you try contacting the folks at the Canvas Help Desk?
