I'm training as Community Interpreter. As part of my training, I need to be able to sight-translate and explain documents that may be relevant to clients in a chosen assessment Role Play. One of these documents refers to a Learner Service Team that students can access of they have concerns. I can't locate this through searches on the Canvas platform. How can students access that team?

My guess this is more or less the same question you asked in this post,
and @Chris_Hofer answer to it applies here as well.

Hi Ron, thanks for replying to my query. My question was related to an exercise of sight translation that I was completing to prepare a Role Play for the WEA Level 2 Community Interpreting course. The two terms I enquired about here were in the document ("Student Complaint Form") that I had to translate. Now it occurs to me that the document was a made-up example, as no-one can explain the terms in this forum, and they didn't appear on the Instructure website. Never mind, lesson learned! Best wishes, Susanna
