How can I export a rubric from a marked assessment item

I want to be able to export my marked assessment rubrics for submission to our external assessment body. Is this possible?

There is not a download feature built on the front end of Canvas

However, if you know someone that is good with API calls you can retrieve the data through the Submissions API.
