How can I get into contact with our CSM?

I've contacted the support hotline over 10 times the last 24 hours and each support member states they'll have my CSM contact me. It's been quite some time now. How come out CSM's contact is not located inside our Canvas hub?

 

All I need is an Opportunity ID so that I can import the Canvas plugin into PowerSchool.
