How can I see all the comments I've given students?

I plan to leave a lot of feedback for students through the "comments" button at the bottom of each assignment.
At my school, we are asked to write a summary narrative (that gets mailed home) about each student at the end of each semester. It would be very helpful if I could see all of the comments I have left for each student at the end of the semester. Is there way to see them all (on a per student basis?) It would be extremely time-consuming to have to go into Speed Grader and re-read them manually.
