We've had reports for a course convenor that they've been marking submissions then realised that one of the students they had marked hadn't passed their due date yet as they had an extension (which was all set up on the submission point correctly) but they had submitted a draft, so they ended up having to mark that student twice. They wanted to know how they could filter their Speedgrader list to only show those students whos due date had passed to mark, and I cannot see a way to do that. Does anyone know how this could be accomplished?
Good morning, @Denham ...
Have you taken a look at New Analytics to see if one of the reports there would help you determine assignments that were submitted past the due date? There is a report called "Late Assignments" that you could run which might be just what you are looking for. There is also a report called "Missing Assignments" that might be of help, too. Here's a Guide on how to access these reports:
How do I view and download reports in New Analytics?
Hopefully this will be of help to you. Sing out if you have any other questions...thanks!
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply, so sorry for the delay in responding, I was at a conference last week so didn't see the notification.
Being able to run a report is handy, but if you've put the student explicitly on the assignment with a different due date (due to an extension, or special consideration etc), then they aren't late, and wouldn't be shown as late.
