How do I create self-sign-up Group sets for specific section only

Hello!

Is there anyway you can make group sets that are only available to students in the same section and to prevent students to join other group sets when they are already signed up to one of them. 

For example. I want to have 4 different group sets and 4 groups in each group set and let students join as they wish and when they join they can't join any another group. They can be only in one group at a time.

I know I can set groups like this, but then I don't know in which group set which section is present.

I want to have a group set to have only students in groups (4 in my example) from specific section only. Is this possible?
