How do I enable the History menu in the global navigation menu, in my open-source Canvas?

I have tried to see how to enable the History menu in our open-source environment but has not been able to do it. So I ask, is History (in the global navigation menu) present in the Canvas Open source?

If yes, how do I enable it?
