[ARCHIVED] How do I limit Instructors to access anything on Canvas until they have completed some quizzes?

I have a couple of quizzes that I need Instructors to complete before they can access anything on Canvas. Anyone can help?

I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here for so long without a response.
