I have gone on to admin, then my site, then developer keys, then Inherited, but nothing is there.

Self-hosting could be the issue.
We are hosted and they show up fine for us. They are inherited, meaning they come from Instructure. There is a process that vendors have to go through to get listed.
A reasonable thought process would be that if you're not using Instructure, you cannot inherit the keys from them. There is probably also a security risk of releasing that values publicly. Instructure does have some features in the hosted version that are not available in the open source version.
Maybe someone who self-hosts could check and see if they have any inherited developer keys.
