[ARCHIVED] How do you take assignment out of grade book without deleting file

I imported content from commons and there are 11 assignments that are listed in my grade book. I have not assigned those assignments nor have I published them. I would like to remove them from the grade book without deleting the file.

 @dana_north ‌, all activities associated with a grade display in the Gradebook. Instructors can hide the columns for unpublished assignments so that they do not display (see the View Gradebook Viewing Options section of How do I use the Gradebook? ).
