How to remove "Previews" from exam?

My new midterm exam has several "previews" showing up. How do i remove them, they are confusing, Thanks

@StephenWilke Can you expand on that? Where are these "previews" appearing? Is this through the new Smart Search feature? Can you share a screenshot of the issue? If it is through the Smart Search, are you sure it is showing to students and not just instructors?
