Hello, I'm wondering on from a teacher pov, how to download data to see assignment submission rates (like if they submitted or haven't). When students submit in our tutoring centre, they don't get marked, just either they have completed the assignment or not.
I've explored ways to try and download the data, like going to the markbook and exporting it (seen in the attached file), but all that shows up are a table of points. So I was wondering if there's a way to change it into a "They've submitted" or "They haven't submitted" table when exporting, or another way I haven't found?
Kind Regards
Duc
Hi @DLuu! I tested this out in one of my courses, and I'm wondering if the Assignments for your learners' submissions are set to Complete/Incomplete?
My ungraded submission are set that way, and in my markbook I see a checkmark/x for those who submitted, and nothing for those who haven't submitted. When I download that, the values are either 0.0 or empty, which I can correlate to 0.0 is submitted and empty is not submitted. I then can sort the downloaded data. There isn't a way to download it with another view, such as the specific wording you've suggested, but I could replace the 0.0 in my downloaded date to They've Submitted and the blank cells to "They haven't submitted."
Would that work for you?

Yep, the assignments are set to complete/incomplete. I was wondering if there was an alternative version of the data table but I guess there isn't. Thanks!
