i register ELAC class in summer ,the class is start now, but the message said: my browsers can't match \canvas. what should I do?

I think it would be best for you to reach out to the folks at ELAC so that they can investigate this further for you.  I went to your school's website, and I searched for a page that might be helpful for you.  I found the following:

Canvas Support for Students | ELAC

It looks like they have some telephone numbers and an email address there for you to contact folks at your school.
