I am trying to sign off to the release form and it is asking me for my student ID. I never received one or at least I am not sure where to find it.

its the first required assignment that they ask you to complete before starting the module. its asking me for a student ID.

You probably don't realize it, but this is a global community of users of the Canvas learning management system software. We do not have access to your specific courses or access to your schools information systems to look up information. We can only provide general guidance based off of publicly available information.
Based off your email address, it looks like you might be from Miami-Dade College. The ID that they're talking about is probably your student ID, which is most likely a number. If you have your MDCard, it may have the ID number on it. It may also be on your class schedule or available in the MDConnect Portal.
If those references don't help, you should reach out to someone at the institution who can help.
