I can see some of the canvas but majority of screen is white.

Do I need to update my computer and how? That part was confusing

• Check your device compatibility: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10721-67952720328
• Check your browser compatibility: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12293-67952720329 
  Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.*
• Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
• If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support.
